Where do we find the latest job market (2018) survey details?
Providing the latest job market survey details will help Job market candidates and also entice them to fill out the survey.

List of Operations related Faculty members
It would be quite useful to have all Operations related faculty in an online list easily accessible. They have partially done it in Computer Science (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AubxN1_iO2c-dElJVWFqaTFDeHBkRVFyUzJUWk9oRlE&usp=sharing#gid=0) and would be very interesting to implement it in Operations as well

More user-friendly website
Ideally, abandon the Google site because it has a lot of restrictions.

Create a user form to allow users to report back any mistakes or fix incorrect info
I noticed that under "Recent Faculty in Operations" for Ruomeng Cui first placement is wrong. From her website & CV it should be Assistant Professor, Kelley School of Business, Indiana University
whereas here it's shown as Assistant Professor (Emory University, Goizueta Business School)Cheers
1 voteThank you so much for your feedback! Actually, Ruomeng Cui moved from Kelley to Emory as indeed her website correctly reports: http://ruomengcui.com/
Feel free to report other incorrect info contacting us via http://www.OperationsAcademia.org/contact

Listing job posts chronologically rather than alphabetically as INFORMS does
chronological order makes new jobs way much easier to be identified by candidates

Post when a job is filled
I think it would be interesting to allow both employers and candidates say when jobs are filled. For example, employers can remove their post and indicate how many people were hired (0,1, 2, 3, etc).
2 votesThis feature is implemented: http://www.operationsacademia.org/confirmed-placements
and now Candidates or even Schools can inform the rest about a “confirmed placement” and improve the efficient of the Job Market a bit!
